"Can hardly ever get them to answer the phone. And I asked them to put me on my own plan seperate from a family member in the household months ago so their driving record wouldnt affect mine and paid extra for this (since I was by myself now) and they totally failed to mention this family member's record would still affect me since they are in the same household even though they aren't driving my car or on my plan. So I paid extra for a long time for nothing and then got kicked out of state farm for the other person's driving record anyway after being a customer for 16 years. Nice."

"I accepted an appointment to review my insurance coverage somewhat reluctantly. To be honest I figured it was an attempt to pressure me and convince me to buy additional insurance causing my bill to go up. Upon meeting Joselyn, and a young woman in training, (I am embarrassed I can’t recall her name especially since she brought a lot to the table as well) I explained I was interested in the review but only to ensure I wasn’t over or under insured. As Joselyn verified my contact information and coverages, she explained, with great knowledge and professionalism, every detail of my current policy. I asked questions, leaned on her wealth of knowledge and we came up with the perfect personal coverage for my needs and comfort level. It was a comfortable, professional and productive use of my time. I went in expecting one thing but I left surprised, properly insured, and we lowered my monthly bill while maintaining the integrity of coverage. If you get the offer to review your coverages, I can highly recommend you make that appointment. I went from not knowing anyone that works at that office to having a friend that I trust is looking out for my best interest. Thank you Chris for encouraging your staff to provide this worth while service and providing such a comfortable atmosphere. One suggestion, if you continue inviting people in on a regular basis: better coffee options! (see the woman that met me at the door for the explanation)"
