"I called to pay my annual flood insurance premium. I spoke with Natalie, who was happy to take my telephone payment. She was very accommodating, professional, and so friendly. I checked the box below saying the cost of the annual premium was overpriced. I know these renewal premium rates for flood insurance are set by the federal government, so I want to clarify that the overpriced premium is not the fault of State Farm or Natalie. It just is what it is! When I first procured this insurance about 47 years ago, the cost was approximately $100.00 per year. That felt like a good buy. Things do change! I’m sure the government would say the cost is due to all the hurricanes and storms we have had over the years."
